What you'll do:

  • Perform automated testing including creating test scripts in Selenium and running automated tests.
  • Review and analyze user stories and business requirements to create very well structured test cases and plans.
  • Provide work estimates for testing user stories.
  • Create test data as required.
  • Identify and log defects, work with development to resolve, and verify fixes when implemented.
  • Participate in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement in process and standards for the entire team.
  • Ensure that testing guidelines for software development are adhered to.
  • Perform functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing on all of the businesses software products.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of QA experience
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.
  • Experience in functional, regression, stability performance and testing environments.
  • Proficient in WebDrivers and Selenium.
  • Ability to respond to changing demands with experience running the testing functions front-to-back across a software project
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Environmental Requirements: This job is usually in an office environment, but the mission of the organization may sometimes include non-standard workplaces. The position works a standard work week, but additionally will infrequently work evenings, weekends, and additional hours to accommodate activities such as Board meetings. This position requires personal access to a vehicle to be used for business related matters, and to have a current operator’s license and appropriate auto insurance as required by the state of Minnesota. Must be able to travel for training, meetings, and conferences.

Principali compiti e responsabilità:

– Esegue le sue mansioni all’interno del reparto F&B (servendo e sbarazzando i piatti, facendo la mise en place dei tavoli, pulendo il ristorante e mantenendo tutti i materiali di lavoro in buone condizioni) secondo le policy, le procedure e gli standard aziendali, mantenendo sempre standard elevati;

– È attento\a a tutti gli aspetti dell’esperienza dei nostri ospiti durante l’intera durata del loro soggiorno, offrendo un servizio impeccabile e anticipando i bisogni dei nostri ospiti.

Capacità comunicative: comunica in modo chiaro e appropriato (sia in forma verbale che scritta).

Intelligenza emotiva: è attento ai bisogni e all’emozioni dei nostri ospiti e dei colleghi, adatta il proprio stile nei loro confronti. Riesce a gestire le proprie emozioni in situazioni difficili.
