A team within Professional Services that provides technical implementation support for partners with the goal of scaling and enabling the Snowflaketechnical implementation capability of those partners. 

The team will be focused on helping partners build out their subject matter expertise and capabilities as they relate to successfully technically implementing Snowflake –  a list of those activities include:

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO :

  • Creating full year with each partner that detail their goals and metrics and include an enablement path that follows a firm methodology – these will be similar to one another but unique based on each partner and will be developed in tandem with the rest of the Snowflake teams that support/enable these partners:
    • Alliances (Partner Managers)
    • Education Services (Training and Certification)
    • Partner Sales Engineering team
  • Outlining education plans, including targets related to individuals getting trained and certified
  • Providing technical implementation support, scoping support, and best practices/FinOps support, including access to Snowflake tools, accelerators, and documentation, such as blueprints and reference architecture

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE :

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field, such as Professional Services focused work in Sales, Partner Services or Alliances, etc.
  • 15+ years of relevant industry experience in the Professional Services Partner Services and enablement, management and/or Education Services or Partner Sales Engineering.
  • Experience in management consulting or with global change management at the highest level.
  • Experience with core technical enablement, including onboarding and technical training and enablement with partners.
  • Experience with scoping and solutioning enablement as well as advanced technical and implementation enablement, including an ability to ensure ongoing support, performance evaluation, implementation certification, and scaling and growth at the partner level.
  • Ability to craft full year plans for partners individually, including capturing/communicating clear metrics and objectives during quarterly business reviews with each selected partner covering consumption targets, training and certification targets, the status of individual projects, go-lives, and revenue targets.
  • Deep leadership and team management experience at a global scale, including hiring, onboarding, up-skilling and providing clear feedback to ensure employee engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

You will lead the Wider Circle Medicaid program in your assigned area, using the Wider Circle-developed curriculum to build trust, promote health, and encourage positive health actions.

  • You will plan, advertise, and host virtual and in-person events for members, all to foster relationships with and between members.
  • You will create partnerships with local community-based organizations that provide resources for members.
  • You will enroll prospective members into the Wider Circle Medicaid program and hold yourself accountable for achieving membership engagement, growth goals, and other metrics such as attendance and feedback.
  • You will connect with members to develop individualized plans for their success in the Wider Circle Medicaid program.
  • You will serve as a liaison between the member’s health plan and the member.
  • You will utilize Salesforce and other cloud-based tools to record member interactions and metrics.

To successfully execute their role, Community Engagement Specialists and Leads must be able to perform the following essential functions.   • Ideally you will have 4 years proven work experiencewithin HR to include onboarding, recruitment, administration and employee experience.  This could be as a People Ops Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or similar
  • Recruitment experience and have coordinated on various recruitment drives.  To include scheduling interviews, carrying out intro calls, preparing scoring matrices and have the skills and desire to sell Vable to candidates
  • You are tech-savvy, can set up a lot on your computer remotely, experience in GSuite, project management tools such as Monday, a wizz on HRIS, ATS and Slack.  Our interviews are set up via zoom and require the applicant to do this effortlessly. 
  • Excellent with administration and does not miss the small details. You will assist in contracts, employee letters and correspondence, presentations and ‘All Hands’ meetings.
  • You are creative and love innovation. You are always looking for new ways to work smarter and more efficiently. When it comes to creating presentations or designing a visual process - you know your way around tools like Notion.  Our employee handbook is held here and you have experience in what good looks like for our Vablers
  • Project management exposure and have assisted on projects previously such as Career Progression Frameworks, Values workshops, Cultural Change or up skilling Managers
  • The ability to embrace ambiguity in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment and have a big picture mindset as we juggle a lot within this department.  All with a smile and helping hand ????

The day-to-day job:????‍????

While the below is not an exhaustive list of your duties, it outlines the bulk of the role on a day-to-day basis.

  • Support People Operations projects, such as OKR workshops, career progression frameworks, HRIS updates, implementing workflows on HR platforms and conducting data audits
  • Assist the Head of People & Ops, Sarah on best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Administration of G-Suite and using it to a high standard and helping others
  • Assist and maintain policies & procedures to ensure we are competitive and a great place to work
  • Laying the foundations for our Vablers to do their best work
  • Update and maintain HR or Operations related documentation and resources
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HR regulations
  • Act as point of contact for Vablers and candidates for any HR or Ops support services, ensuring a customer-centric right first time approach
  • Assisting in recruiting, onboarding and training new staff. To include becoming a pro at workable and scheduling interviews on Zoom and GMail, managing applicants on the ATS. You will carry out intro calls and be the face of Vable for our candidates.  So you need to be able to sell the company
  • Automating administrative tasks and documenting key processes for training and record keeping
  • Assisting in setting up and rolling out rituals company wide.  You know what good looks like and how to set up rituals
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for Vable to improve operations across all aspects of the business
  • Managing relationships with suppliers; this may include projects on reviewing costs, reviewing contracts / InfoSec and GDPR documentation
  • Assisting in implementing OKRs and assisting in offering advice and guidance, becoming a specialist for other Vablers
  • Supporting various teams as required on all things People & Operations and updating and maintaining our go to Employee Handbook via Notion
  • To undertake a range of admin support duties including, organising meetings, maintaining diaries and dealing with incoming/outgoing mail.  Doing admin, setting up calls and carrying out repetitive tasks does not phase you and is a big part of the role
  • Managing and processing employee benefits to include Private Healthcare and EAP
  • Helping new joiners with their IT set up and induction training, ensuring they are set up for success at Vable
  • L&D projects and ensuring our Vablers have the process in place to learn & develop
  • Supporting the People function with the planning and implementation of HR engagement activities and initiatives
  • Contribute to the adherence of full audit checks and control
  • Ensure that GDPR/Info security activity is fully embedded within people operations and that ongoing activity is actioned in adherence with regulations
  • Take ownership for personal development and assist with the team's development.  Continuously striving for continuous improvement and applying systems thinking methodology to our ways of working
  • Assist in the roll out of the career progression framework and ongoing performance management 
  • On occasions you may be pulled into finance, legal and administration tasks as you do fall within the Ops team

The Backend DeveloperRole

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

 

  • Collaborative Partnership: Partner effectively with colleagues in Development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Product Management throughout the software development life cycle, contributing to the analysis, design, and implementation of service improvements.
  • Performance and Quality Standards: Set the bar for performance, reliability, and quality standards within the team, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Software Development: Design, implement, test, troubleshoot, and debug software, actively participating in test strategy definition and implementation alongside your colleagues.

 

We’re looking for a teammate with:

 

  • Educated in Computer Science, Software Engineering or with a scientific background.
  • Have a working experience of at least 3 years in software development.
  • Familiar with software languages like Go, JavaScript/node.js or youcanpick it up fast.
  • Familiar with microservice architecture and development with clean, tested code andwell-documented.
  • Deep knowledge of established design patterns.
  • Cloud infrastructure: Docker container engines, Kubernetes,and related tools like Grafana, Splunk/Dynatrace.
  •  

 

Thelocationfor this role is:

 

  • Lund Sweden.
  • Flexible working conditions and the possibility of working sometime from home upon agreement.
