About the Team:

At SecurityScorecard, the Data Science organization builds AI and ML products that empower our customers to manage cybersecurity risk. We leverage massive datasets sourced by our internal Threat Intelligence teams to create the core rating models that our customers use for assessing third-party risk and self-assessment. We also build LLM-powered systems for automating and accelerating cybersecurity risk assessment workflows.

About the Role:

As a Senior ML Engineer, you will be a technical leader within the Data Science organization, sharing your experience and setting best practices. You will design and implement ML algorithms, build scalable data pipelines, and deploy reliable models into production environments. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into products, conduct research to stay ahead of emerging technologies, and ensure models perform optimally through ongoing monitoring and refinement. Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrable skills in ML Engineering, Data Science or related discipline.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Polars, Pandas, NumPy, or SQL.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, statistics, and data structures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g. Git).
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix command line tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.

About this team and role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Trust & Safety (T&S) efforts and oversee a central privacy programs cross-functional (XFN) team. In this role, you will manage a small team (all remote), focusing on ensuring integrity and compliance across our platform. You will also drive collaboration across teams, and lead with influence to manage and optimize our privacy programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal privacy standards.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of T&S and privacy challenges. You will be working closely with partners from legal, data, product, engineering, and policy teams to create a safe and secure environment while fostering a privacy-first culture.

What you’ll do:

Trust & Safety (T&S) ownership:
    • Direct the company’s T&S efforts including providing guidance to  a small, specialized T&S team.
    • Oversee the implementation and enforcement of policies that ensure the security and trustworthiness of our platform. Upcoming focus areas include Ads as well as AI.
Horizontal privacy program management ownership:
    • Lead the cross-functional privacy programs team, working closely with partners from privacy, legal, engineering, and product teams.
Technical & Operational leadership:
    • Oversee the T&S aspects of advertising technologies, ensuring they comply with relevant regulations and internal standards for trust, safety, and user privacy.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with Ads products.
Cross-functional leadership:
    • Collaborate effectively with partners across engineering, legal, product, policy, and other teams to foster alignment in T&S and privacy programs.
    • Provide thought leadership on issues related to privacy, T&S overall, influencing internal teams and external partners to adopt best practices.
Operational leadership:
    • Be a self-starter who can drive key programs & initiatives, while ensuring a strong focus on end to end operations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in Trust & Safety/Integrity operations or privacy, or complex strategic operations that require excellent judgment.

About this team and role:

As a Senior Staff Full-Stack Engineer on the Solo team, you will work within a very small engineering team for Solo AI Website Creator. The stack includes a React front-end with Netlify, Firebase and GCP on the backend, BigQuery for data as well as a range of 3rd party services. 

You should be comfortable operating in a scrappy environment, researching as required, writing technical specs, reviewing PRs, investigating customer support issues and mostly writing code. The role may evolve to becoming the Technical Lead within the team and possibly assuming some planning and/or light-weight project management duties. You will be working closely with the Head of Solo to execute at a fast cadence and much like a startup, directly influence the shape and future of Solo, an early-stage product.

Position Summary:  

The Partnerships Team is looking for a dedicated Grants Manager to join us as we implement our strategic plan aimed at revenue growth from diverse funding sources, including grants from private foundations, U.S. and foreign government agencies, and corporations. Reporting to the Partnerships Operations Manager, the Grants Manager will oversee all incoming grants management. Collaborating with finance, and program teams, the Grants Manager will handle every aspect of the grants process, from pre-award proposal development to post-award and award administration and closeout. The Grants Manager will serve as a key advisor on grants management issues, including legal and compliance matters, expenditure documentation processes, and grants budget development.  The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams across the Foundation and strong partnership with Finance, Outgoing Grants Management and Legal teams.

 

 

As a  Grants Manager (Incoming)  at Mozilla Foundation, you will work on…

 

Pre-Award Proposals:

  • Develop and review complex proposal budgets that align with funder and Mozilla’s guidelines and priorities in partnership with program, fundraising, and finance teams.
  • Review proposals to ensure that the proposed project complies with Mozilla policies and funder guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the fundraising and program teams to respond to funding opportunities, including compiling required financial-related attachments and assembling appropriate organizational supporting materials.
  • Review all incoming grant agreements for their financial requirements and provide advice on their application, feasibility and practical implementation in collaboration with the Finance team.

 

Post-Award & Closeout Administration:

Budget management tasks:

    • Coordinate all financial reporting aspects of grants, providing guidance on expense allocation to specific funders.
    • Lead and support decision-making on grant expenses, interpreting whether an expense is appropriate and allowable within the grant framework, budget, goals and general conditions.
    • Oversee the tracking and monitoring of a grant budget versus actual expenditures to ensure expense charges are allowable, allocable and reasonable.

Other responsibilities:

  • Regularly meet with program staff (including Directors and VPs) in order to exchange updates and track budget and project progress.
  • Oversee the grant reporting process which includes managing the Incoming Grants reporting calendar, the review of report narratives, completion of financial reports, and submission of all required report materials.
  • Support the annual audit, donor-led audits for grants/contracts, and US Federal audits.
  • Identify areas of significant risks and advise program staff and other internal stakeholders on compliance issues.
  • Work with program, fundraising, finance and legal teams to provide technical support and resolve grants management issues.

 

Grant Administration: 

  • Support the Partnerships Operations Manager with tracking proposals, award receipts, and award reporting. 
  • Develop and implement improved processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines to facilitate better management of and accountability for grant income.
  • Oversee in collaboration with the Finance team the US Federal Grant Compliance in accordance with CFR regulations, create and lead all US Federal Grants training, and maintain final copy of all US Federal Policies and Procedures.
  • Lead communication on all grant audits including US Federal Single Audits in collaboration with Finance.
  • Update and manage organization of all shared electronic and hard-copy grants files on a regular basis and ensure grant records are updated in CRM.

 

 

Your Professional Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of grants management administration experience.
  • Experience working on a wide range of incoming grants including those from government agencies (U.S. Federal and/or European Commission funding ) and private foundations.  
  • Highly proficient with developing budgets and proposals for medium and large-sized grants (six figures or higher).
  • Strong comfort with fund accounting concepts and GAAP including expense accruals and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Excellent understanding of grants-related legal and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

About this team and role:

As a Product Manager on the Solo team, you will work within a very small team and closely with the Head of Solo, Design and Engineering to execute on a range of different needs for a new emerging product at Mozilla. Your primary goal will be to support the Head of Solo, a repeat entrepreneur, on a range of different tasks to take Solo from a 1.X product into a mature revenue-generating competitor in an entrenched category. About this team and role:

Mozilla is looking for a skilled and experienced Staff Program Manager to join our Technical Program Management Organization and work with our new Advertising team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead execution of key advertising initiatives, improve operations and lead roadmap work across all areas of this growing business.Together, we will drive global multi-functional efforts with geographically dispersed team members and will be responsible for developing and driving efforts, ensuring project work and business objectives are met. To be successful, you will build, track and report on projects in our portfolio. You will lead the completion of achievements by prioritizing actions, documenting risks and mitigations and communicating the status to all interested partners and key customers.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead multiple medium to large projects, events, and initiatives concurrently
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties or vendors for the precise execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
  • Develop project goals, requirements and scope, involving all relevant partners, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Work with remote employees as effectively as local ones
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to lead changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and call out significant achievements and risks to deployment with management and other partners as needed
  • Develop the relationship with the client and business partners
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties or vendors
  • Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What you’ll bring: 

  • 7+ years of project management experience in an advertising, operations or program management environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to juggle many activities without losing sight of the highest-priority items
  • Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions with sometimes imperfect data
  • Good communication skills, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Be diligent and results driven with a bias for action
  • Ability to communicate and interact with leaders within the advertising organization and across the business
  • Experience with different project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
  • Experience working with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Strategy teas as well as Business Intelligence
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed workforce through video conferencing, Internet chat, and other collaboration tools
  • Experience with problem solving frameworks, process improvement and process documentation
